Monitor polling places to protect voters!

Posted June 26, 2026

Work & Deliverables

Non-partisan Election Protection attorney observers will serve a critical role during the November 3, 2026 election by monitoring polling places and central count locations on Election Day, helping to respond to and address issues reported by Election Observers and to the Election Protection Hotline, and, in rare cases, stepping into court with the help of the ACLU legal team and its attorney coalition partners.

In addition to Wisconsin, we welcome lawyers from Minnesota who are willing to travel to locations in western Wisconsin!
