Volunteer lawyers can help nonprofits complete risk assessments or take concrete steps to strengthen their policies and practices in areas like C3/C4 compliance, lobbying, data retention and security, employee handbooks and policies, investigation/subpoena response playbooks, executive orders (including DEI), and more.
