Work & Deliverables
The original STAR ALLIANCE (.org) is dedicated to education for good will, integrity, and peace values at every level of society. For many reasons, we are currently operating on deficit financing. About a week ago, a good friend of our founding president was discovered by her neighbors and police in her apartment, having died alone and childless. Short weeks before, she had verbally indicated her willingness to will her savings (amount unknown) to our 501-c-3 nonprofit organization. We don't know if she actually left any will, but quite possibly not. However, we have written evidence of her friendship and interest in our cause (2021 & 2022 August birthday cards to our president, and her signature on our "Pledge & Declaration of Highest Civic Ideals.") We need to have guidance to make a claim; preferably with legal representation. Even a modest financial result will be extremely influential for our work at this perilous time in our organization's history and development, and in national and world affairs.

STAR ALLIANCE (.org)
In perilous times for nation and world, the original STAR ALLIANCE nonprofit organization (established 1985) can soon offer cooperative education and inspiration for peace values worldwide. Our proposed "Highest Civic Ideals" are principles, social values, and techniques rooted in natural law for healthy, sustainable relationships. These values, properly promoted, can help everyone be safer and happier while contributing to a far better social environment. Starting with good will and integrity, our values and ideals support responsible, creative freedoms and genuine, lasting peace and love. We aspire to create strategic partnerships with many educational institutions, nonprofits, businesses, and governments worldwide to make our "STAR CITIZEN" declarations, pledges, other educational programs, and support materials available to everyone on Earth by the year 2030. As background for lawyers: The foundation invented its famous name for global nonprofit educational purposes in 1986. We promptly registered "STAR ALLIANCE" with the California Secretary of State. Ten years later, we were approached on topic by United Airlines, representing the nascent global airlines alliance. Negotiations for the foundation went unrepresented and broke down in mid-1997, after which contingency representation was unavailable. The Foundation has survived an extended period of confusion & financial deprivation. As we prepare to thrive, mutually unfinished trademark co-existence & public-relations business remains. The scenario, resolved, represents an important opportunity to enhance national & global security at a critical time, and holds the potential to yield many other benefits for the foundation, the airlines and the public. Left unfinished, it represents continuing unrealized potential and unnecessary risk for all parties, most especially the public interest.
