More Than a Vote & LDF: Become a Poll Worker

Become a poll worker and ensure hundreds more in your community can safely vote this fall.

Posted September 30, 2020

Background & Context

Historically, African Americans have been most affected by hours-long waits to vote. Now COVID-19 threatens to make it worse. The current public health crisis has led to a severe shortage of poll workers who make elections run, making it harder for people of color to vote in the 2020 election. It doesn't have to be this way. Become a poll worker and ensure hundreds more in your community can safely vote this fall.
