Party at the Polls is a national, nonpartisan initiative to increase voter participation in each and every election by helping to close the race and age gap. When We All Vote works with partner organizations to organize community-based, community-driven events to make voting accessible and joyful. Previous parties held around the country have included food, performances, celebrity appearances, and voter protection support. This year, our mission is especially timely in the face of relentless attacks against the integrity of our democracy.

In this current environment, voters attending parties could have questions and concerns that might deter them from voting. We want to ensure that knowledgeable volunteers are on site to provide real-time support to our partners and voters!

We are looking for lawyers to provide live assistance at voting sites in Texas cities. Don’t have previous voter protection experience? No worries!

We are providing volunteers with mandatory online training on how to protect voting rights.

We will provide volunteers with state-specific guides that summarize applicable laws and procedures concerning voter eligibility, voting processes, and reporting potential voting-related issues to election protection programs.

Volunteers will have direct access to a hotline operated by experienced voting rights attorneys who can help address unexpected challenges.
You can find information on events in the 20 other states with parties on our Party at the Polls project page. Individual events will be posted as shifts on each state’s page so that volunteers can sign up for events near them. Not every event is up yet, but don’t worry, you will choose your own party and will not be assigned to a party without your permission.
