Webinar: Election Risks 2026 & How Lawyers Can Help

Tuesday, July 21st at 4pm ET / 1pm PT | Virtual (Zoom)

Posted June 23, 2026

Background & Context

The 2026 midterms will take place amid persistent election denialism and growing threats of interference that have intensified since January 6, 2021. Alongside the recurring and escalating risks seen in recent election cycles, this election season brings new concerns about federal interference and chilling effects from unprecedented law enforcement presence.

In this environment lawyers have a critical role to play in protecting the integrity of the electoral process. Join our panel of experts to explore the key risks facing the 2026 midterms and learn about the nonpartisan ways lawyers can help safeguard free, fair, and accessible elections.

Work & Deliverables

Volunteers attending this webinar will learn about threats to the integrity of the 2026 midterm elections and explore nonpartisan pro bono opportunities for lawyers to help protect the electoral process.
