Work & Deliverables
With respect to the work helping people obtain birth certificates and other documents to get a state ID or driver's license, they will enter into a limited representation and order the necessary documents on behalf of the voter.
With respect to name change work, the process is a bit more complex but involves representing the voter with the filing of a petition for name change, helping them navigate the process of getting background checks, finger prints, etc. A hearing may be required so it will be important to know if the attorney is located near where the voter lives.

Collaboration Phase
- Preliminary meeting with voter and sometimes a case manager
Wrap Up
