Notice and Comment Tracking Project

Posted June 15, 2018

The current administration has been especially effective in using the federal notice and comment process to change important federal regulations. ACS is working to get attorneys more involved in the federal and state notice and comment process. ACS currently curates and advertises a list of comment opportunities to our membership. We are looking for attorneys to help track federal notices and expand the project into additional states. Because these comment opportunities bridge many different policy areas and change on a regular basis, ACS is also looking for attorneys in the fields of immigration, healthcare, environmental, financial regulatory, election, and administrative law to advise and help prepare guidance to be shared with our membership and on our website.

American Constitution Society

The American Constitution Society (ACS) believes that law should be a force to improve the lives of all people. ACS works for positive change by shaping debate on vitally important legal and constitutional issues through development and promotion of high-impact ideas to opinion leaders and the media; by building networks of lawyers, law students, judges and policymakers dedicated to those ideas; and by countering the activist conservative legal movement that has sought to erode our enduring constitutional values.
