Background & Context
NALEO Educational Fund operates a year-round bilingual hotline with the goal of assisting Latino voters with the information they need in order to cast a ballot. As Election 2020 get closer, NALEO Educational Fund is seeking volunteers that can assist with non-partisan hotline efforts.
Immediate Problem
In order to have a successful operation, NALEO Educational Fund seeks volunteers that can serve as Hotline Captains for virtual call centers across the nation.
Work & Deliverables
We are seeking volunteers that can commit to two or more shifts on Monday, November 2 or Tuesday, November 3 (Election Day!). Additional volunteer shifts might be available in October.
As a captain, you will be working with hotline volunteers to ensure they can assist Latino/a voters. You will not be answering calls from voters and therefore do not have to be bilingual.
Training will be offered to all volunteers the week of October 26, 2020.
