Help provide in-house counsel advice for Project N95
You would be helping Project N95, a volunteer-run, national clearinghouse for PPE and medical equipment, enter into partnership agreements and identify legal risks.

Project N95's lead legal counsel is looking for a volunteer to serve in a role best described as Associate General Counsel. We need help drafting and reviewing collaboration agreements, translating complex FDA advice from outside counsel into actionable guidance, and general issue spotting related to this new charitable organization's efforts to vet the supply chain for personal protective equipment and medical supplies needed by hospitals to fight COVID-19.
