Review & draft legal technology platform policies and disclaimers

myPadilla connects criminal defense lawyers with immigration lawyers to increase access to justice for immigrant clients involved in the criminal justice system.

myPadilla seeks a volunteer attorney who will understand our platform & service and review our disclaimers & policies to ensure that they are in line with our needs and goals. The volunteer attorney will draft additional policies & disclaimers as necessary. These policies & disclaimers relate to consent to share data, retention & destruction of data, liability for errors in inputted data, conflicts of interest, attorney-client privilege & confidentiality, establishment of attorney-client relationship, and related topics.
