Work & Deliverables
Election Official Legal Defense Network (EOLDN) is a project designed to provide election officials with pro bono legal help in response to the increasing wave in harassments, threats, and state laws subjecting them to criminal penalties for performing their jobs.
EOLDN has received a request for legal assistance from an election official in California. The request reports undermining election official job responsibilities. The election official is also interested in seeking monetary damages.
We're looking for an attorney interested in speaking with the election official. If interested, we will provide additional request details.

The Election Official Legal Defense Network (EOLDN) matches these election officials with qualified pro bono attorneys who can offer legal guidance and protections. EOLDN is a project of the nonpartisan, nonprofit Center for Election Innovation & Research.
