Background & Context
We are a new non-profit that works with more established local non-profits and allow them to reach all over the commonwealth with election protection needs, including poll monitors.
Immediate Problem
We will have poll monitors on the ground using a form to upload their observations. We will flag issues as appropriate to county clerks for correction, but we will need lawyers to assist with next steps if the issues are not corrected.
Work & Deliverables
Lawyers will handle unresolved issues from the polls. This may include gathering additional information/client intake, identifying litigation steps, and preparing/filing petitions.
