Fix the Court

Drafting Legislative "Fixes" for a Judiciary Run Amok

The 3rd branch is now the most powerful, least accountable branch. We need your help to fix it

Posted July 27, 2022

Work & Deliverables

We are looking for creative legislative solutions for modernizing the judiciary and reining in its outsized power. In other words, we want to go beyond the bills that are introduced every two years but don't go anywhere (e.g., cameras in the courtroom) and the new bills that don't have a chance to get passed (e.g., court expansion) and see what's possible in the current political climate.
