Background & Context
Catalyst Change Collective will serve as the c4 arm for Shirley’s Kitchen Cabinet, a 501c3 dedicated to amplifying the voices and power of black women through education and advocacy to effectively advocate for the issues that matter to them and the communities they serve. The c4 will engage in direct advocacy of issues, policy makers and governing bodies.
