Background & Context
We expand representation for asylum seekers by providing expert mentorship to pro bono attorneys working on asylum cases. The team on this case has a final hearing coming up in March, and they are looking for someone to help draft the brief given the tight turnaround time.
Immediate Problem
By writing the brief, you free up this pro bono team to do other trial prep work such as preparing documents, witness testimony, and other crucial aspects of the case.
Work & Deliverables
The pro bono attorney will need to draft a brief to be filed in an asylum case in immigration court.
