Voter Protection Corps Foundation

VPCF is an informal sister entity to Voter Protection Corps, which is already a WTA organization, and has a similar voter protection mission. VPCF is being set up as a 501c3, and the organization will be steered towards classically non-partisan, c3 programming. Our primary initiatives for the 2020 election cycle will be: 1. Voting Safely Project: collaborative project between legal professionals and public health professionals to provide real-time info on voting options during COVID, efforts to maintain as many voting options as possible, ensuring polling places stay open, safely. 2. Disinformation Task Force: we will be playing a support role in an effort to combat disinformation re: voting with a range of other groups in this area. 3. Capacity support: to the extent we are able, we will work to contribute capacity support to local election officials in states and localities where we are active. Beyond 2020, we hope to build a program around identifying problems and pro-actively addressing problems in election off years.
