Help Foundation File 501c3 Paperwork
We wish to have our tax exemption for the foundation so that we can receive grants and donations to expand the program and provide resources for the student-athlete.

Background & Context
From our personal experiences, we often went without the resources to help us as student-athletes. With the foundation in full operation, our student-athletes will have the proper resources that will help them become successful adults.
Immediate Problem
We have been taking student-athletes on college visits and to camps. We currently offer mentoring advice and activities to the student-athlete. Having the 501(c)3 will allow us to receive more resources to service more student-athletes and to continue serving our mission.
Work & Deliverables
We need the lawyer to help us file for the 501(c)3, by reviewing the paperwork and help us complete all of the forms. We want to ensure that no steps are missed or done incorrectly while filing.

OUR MISSION Get Everything U Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing Cincinnati youth with supervised, fundamental learning experiences in an athletic setting. The mission of Get Everything U is to: (i) teach student-athletes a variety of skills, facilitating character development and leadership development; (ii) foster the values of integrity, respect, responsibility and the pursuit of excellence through hard work; (iii) inspire, empower, and influence (iv) promote transparency and courage for every participant. Our goal is to support and engage emerging student-athletes to be successful both on and off the playing field.
