Background & Context
Until recently, all High School Democrats finances were handled by our parent organization at the national level, but this is no longer the case. As a state chapter, we need to incorporate as our own organization in order to operate in the future.
Work & Deliverables
We need advice on if we need to incorporate as a PAC or if we can file as another type of organization. This should require one or a small number of phone calls with no long term commitment.
