We primarily need assistance for trans or non-binary voters who want a legal name change in order to align their ID with their chosen name and/or gender identity and avoid challenges when voting. We occasionally need help for voters whose birth certificates have an error that presents a barrier to getting an ID that is acceptable for voting.
