This is a multi-faceted campaign, and there's a job for everyone. Specific activities for which volunteer attorneys would be especially helpful include conducting polling site audits for legal compliance and sharing legal information about voting and election laws with voters who encounter obstacles at the polls.

  • Conduct legal audits and collect data on compliance
  • Provide legal information to field teams and voters
  • Conduct legal observations, collect affidavits, and prepare for emergency litigation if needed
