Help Change a Child's Birth Certificate So That He Can Access Social Services in Mexico

Would allow a child to access his right to identity documents and social services in Mexico.

Posted May 22, 2019

Our office is helping a U.S. citizen child who was born in South Carolina and who has errors on his birth certificate. Because of those errors, Mexico, where he lives now, will not register his dual nationality, and he is therefore unable to access public services like healthcare. He needs someone to help him obtain a court order to change his South Carolina birth certificate.
