Naturalization Assistance Clinic

Cal-Pac NIC attorney volunteers will provide attendees private consultations for potential immigration relief, will review and assist in the completion of Application for Naturalization and associated forms: N-400 Form, I-912 Request for Fee Waiver, I-942 Request for Reduced Fee. In addition, attorney volunteers will provide presentation on Know Your Rights as undocumented people, specifically information about developments in asylum law, including credible fear interviews and presentations about immigrant enforcement actions in the workplace. Event will take place on Saturday, April 6, 2019 in Huntington Park.
