We are using the RN compact licensure to be able to quickly and conveniently place RN's at abortion clinics for short-term placements. We would like a lawyer to look at the nuances of the compact license in terms of risk to the organization and to the individual nurse. As anti-abortion legislation increases we would like to make sure that the program design and contracts between clinic, NSRH and the nurse are mitigating any risk.
