I need your help to clarify my rights as an organization and as a Board member and officer, to identify the options I have, and hopefully to help me write a letter asking to waive or lower the cost of these copyright infringement claims. I really hope to be able not to close but save this nonprofit for future opportunities for athletes.

USSX is dedicated to the development of the ski cross in the United States. Our mission is to involve kids in sports, a healthy lifestyle, and to provide athletes with the ultimate facilities, education, and coaching resources to establish persistent world leadership in the sport. USSX was founded and registered as a non-profit corporation with the State of Nevada in 2015.
