Y(17 yo) from Ecuador, (SIJS based on abandonment by father. Potential asylum claim). Y is seventeen years old. Y can pursue Special Immigrant Juvenile Status as an avenue of relief based on Y's father's abandonment. Y also has a potential asylum case based on sexual abuse.
