Background & Context
How best to navigate retaining DACA staff with various legal avenues and what are the risks associated with each option (create LLC, scholarship, professional development grants) if the Trump Administration tries again to rescind DACA.
Immediate Problem
We have 8 DACA staff and would like to know what we can do to navigate if DACA is rescinded down the line without the DREAM Act.
