JMF Request for Assistance – Cottonwood Heights, UT

Justice for Military Families has a need for legal assistance. The potential client is the surviving spouse of a service member who passed away. The surviving spouse needs assistance with gaining legal conservatorship of their children to access the life insurance policy left to the children. If you or anyone you know would be able to help this deserving client with this issue, please contact us. Thank you in advance!

Justice for Military Families (JMF) is the pro bono project of the Military Spouse JD Network (MSJDN), a volunteer organization created by and for military spouse attorneys. JMF partners with Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) in order to match pro bono attorneys with the family members of Service Members who have passed away.
