Review Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws

Expand access to new psychedelic-assisted therapies for women suffering from childhood trauma.

Posted April 24, 2024

Background & Context

The founder, Cristina Pearse, was a participant in the MAPS- supported FDA trial that concluded in 2023. Cristina is a early childhood trauma survivor. The outcome of the trial was groundbreakingly effective.
Cristina has testified to the FDA, and is receiving significant media coverage from PBS, CBS, Bloomberg, and many other media outlets. The Foundation was created to educate the public, bring awareness and tools to children facing trauma, and train facilitators on available psychedelic and empathogenic treatments.

Immediate Problem

Ensure the Foundation has the right legal "foundation". Ensure the foundation and its members are not facing legal issues as we proceed.

Work & Deliverables

Review articles of incorporation and bylaws. Ensure volunteers and management are protected from liability. Position our status in most favorable IRS position for donors to maximize benefit. We have documents already submitted to Colorado and the IRS but wish to make them stronger through review.
