Help A Child Correct His Birth Certificate to Access Social Services
Allow a child to register their dual nationality in Mexico and access social services
Posted May 22, 2019
Our office is assisting a mother of three to try to correct the Texas birth certificates of her children so that they can register their dual nationality in Mexico. Without the corrections, the children, who now live in Mexico, will not be able to access social services such as public healthcare, in Mexico. They need a court order from a Texas court to access these rights. One of the birth certificates is from El Paso and one is from Fort Worth.
