Pathways to Citizenship

Pathways to Citizenship (then NCICC) was formed in 2013 by members of Solana Beach Presbyterian Church to help low-income immigrants from around the world navigate the complex legal and cultural pathways to U.S. citizenship. We achieved DOJ recognition in 2016, authorizing our agency to practice immigration law. Today, our team of attorneys and DOJ accredited representatives assist low-income immigrants and refugees in San Diego County with filing and preparing for adjustment of status, citizenship, DACA, affirmative asylum, TPS, fee waivers, etc. We utilize a team of 50+ volunteers to assist our legal team and tutor clients in ESL and citizenship preparation.
