TAPS/JMF has a need for pro bono legal assistance in Savannah, GA.

The potential client is the surviving spouse of a Service Member who passed away. The surviving spouse is seeking pro bono/low bono assistance with estate and probate matters. Thank you in advance!

Project Plan

Preparation Phase

  • JMF coordinator will follow up with the volunteer
  • JMF coordinator will connect volunteer to TAPS coordinator & potential client

Collaboration Phase

  • Volunteer will speak with client and coordinate/complete work to be done

Justice for Military Families (JMF) is the pro bono project of the Military Spouse JD Network (MSJDN), a volunteer organization created by and for military spouse attorneys. JMF partners with Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) in order to match pro bono attorneys with the family members of Service Members who have passed away.
