The potential client is the surviving spouse of a Service Member who passed away. The surviving spouse is seeking pro bono/low bono assistance with estate and probate matters. Thank you in advance!
Preparation Phase
- JMF coordinator will follow up with the volunteer
- JMF coordinator will connect volunteer to TAPS coordinator & potential client
Collaboration Phase
- Volunteer will speak with client and coordinate/complete work to be done
