Justice for Military Families/TAPS Request for Assistance - Champaign, Illinois

Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) has a need for pro bono legal assistance in Champaign, IL. The potential client is the surviving spouse of a Service Member who passed away. The surviving spouse needs assistance with probate questions, particularly regarding their ability to access a bank account in only their late spouse's name. If you or anyone you know would be able to help this deserving client with this issue, please volunteer, or contact Alicen at jmf@msjdn.org. Thank you in advance!

Justice for Military Families

Justice for Military Families (JMF) is the pro bono project of the Military Spouse JD Network (MSJDN), a volunteer organization created by and for military spouse attorneys. JMF partners with Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) in order to match pro bono attorneys with the family members of Service Members who have passed away.
