Justice for Military Families– Forney, Texas

Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) has a need for pro bono legal assistance in Forney, TX. The potential client is the surviving spouse of a Service Member who passed away. The surviving spouse needs assistance with a Will/Estate issue (changing the beneficiary of their home). Thank you in advance!

Justice for Military Families (JMF) is the pro bono project of the Military Spouse JD Network (MSJDN), a volunteer organization created by and for military spouse attorneys. JMF partners with Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) in order to match pro bono attorneys with the family members of Service Members who have passed away.
