Help a Domestic Violence Victim Obtain Child Support

Posted January 16, 2019

Our organization is assisting a mother who lived in the United States for fifteen years, during which time she had three children with her ex-husband, who was physically and psychologically abusive. She managed to escape, and never pursued child support while living in the US for fear of retaliation. Now back in Mexico, she is struggling to support her children, one of whom has epilepsy. The mother needs help obtaining child support from her abusive ex-husband.
