Seeking a volunteer non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that requires a volunteer to refrain from sharing any protected information while working for our organization.
Preparation Phase
- Schedule a background call with volunteer coordinator
Collaboration Phase
- Review draft contracts and send markup to volunteer coordinator
- Schedule call to discuss questions and proposed revisions
Wrap Up
- Confer with supervising attorney to confirm work is complete and to transfer files or information

BlockPower is a nonprofit focused on increasing voter turnout among Black citizens who don’t vote regularly. BlockPower pays people in majority-Black neighborhoods to be “Voting Ambassadors” and talk with their friends, family members, and neighbors about the importance of voting.
