Background & Context
We regularly work with other nonprofits, educational institutions, etc, and in lieu of formal contracts (for the most part), we rely on MOUs to spell out who is going to do what, protect intellectual property, etc.
Work & Deliverables
We have a current MOU template; it's possible that it's in good shape. First step would be to review the existing template and let us know whether or not it needs basic revision or a total rewrite.
