Legal Research to Help Nonprofits Shape Public Policy

Advocacy improves lives. At Alliance for Justice, we provide legal information for nonprofits to safely conduct issue advocacy and engage with elected officials, candidates and voters. Nonprofits are eager for state-specific resources. We have created state law resources in 35 states and are looking for volunteer attorneys to help us create state-specific publications on the following topics in the states listed below:
(1) State Lobbying Disclosure Laws
(2) State Campaign Finance and Ballot Measure Laws
(3) Voter Registration Laws
If you are interested, please let us know which state you have experience in, and we will provide the format and samples from another state from which to work.

We also work to ensure that the right of nonprofits to engage in advocacy is protected and by providing expertise and information to help nonprofits and foundations understand their advocacy rights under the law.
