We need an agreement drafted for our unpaid advisors that are offering their expertise and guidance to our organization. They don't sit on a formal advisory board, but we want the agreement to outline the scope of the advisor's role, responsibilities and time commitment. In addition, it should address termination, confidentiality/NDA, liability, no financial compensation, and any other key terms.

Our mission is to find specific treatment options and a cure for CACNA1A patients by building a collaborative network of patients, families, clinicians and scientists that will work together to raise awareness and accelerate the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of CACNA1A-linked diseases.
