We are in the process of placing two programs under our 501c3 umbrella, and we want to have MOU's executed prior to doing so.

Background & Context
My nonprofit organization would like to add two programs under our umbrella: the VA Prison Society and the Northern Virginia Community Alliance (NVCA). Before doing so, we'd like to have MOU's executed so that we have a clear understanding of our roles and responsibilities.
Immediate Problem
We are in need of reviews of the MOU's.

Review and revise (if needed) MOU's that we've created.

By promoting education, training, awareness and the use of technology, we are committed to de-escalating tensions and eliminating physical harm among motorists and law enforcement during traffic stops.
